Refund Policy
Ward Law Office provides refunds upon written request from a client. All refund requests must be submitted to Ward Law Office in writing. Once received, we will carefully review your account and provide you with an itemized statement showing all completed work and fees earned. Only fees that have not yet been earned are eligible for refund consideration.
Please be advised that certain advance payments are non-refundable. This includes payments made for disbursements to third parties, foreign associate fees, patent searches, and other external services. These advance payments, once processed, cannot be refunded as they represent costs already incurred or committed to third-party service providers.
The final refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed at the time your request is received. We strive to process all refund requests and provide detailed itemizations within a reasonable timeframe. If you wish to request a refund, please submit your written request to our office.
