inquiry, or communication with our AI intake assistant does not create an
attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only

SMS Terms and Conditions

Ward Law Office, LLC operates an SMS program for individuals who contact our
patent intake line and consent to text follow-up.

– Program purpose: completing your invention disclosure intake, including
collecting required inventor information, providing a secure document upload
link, and confirming when your disclosure is complete.
– Message frequency varies. For invention disclosure intake, expect
approximately 3-10 messages within an 8-hour window following your call.
– Message and data rates may apply.
– Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or
services or of obtaining legal representation. You may complete your intake by
phone or email instead.
– Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no
further messages will be sent.
– Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (419) 408-5500 or
legal@wardpatent.com.
– Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
– Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint,
U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third
parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not send
marketing, promotional, affiliate, or third-party content on this program.

Fees and Payment

Fees for legal services are governed by the written engagement agreement between
Ward Law Office LLC and the client. Online payments are processed through a
third-party payment provider subject to that provider’s own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or
implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free,
or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
